Returns Policy

Clothing, Footwear and Tack returns policy

Free exchanges and returns on tack, clothing, footwear (Nationwide). Customers will be issued with a pre-paid label. Please drop off your parcel at your nearest collection point.

Up to one exchange per purchase.

If it’s a return for a full or partial refund, we’ll deduct £4 from the refunded payment for the label if used.

All other items Returns:

We offer a returns policy on all other items, other than those listed above, within 28 days of delivery. Customer must arrange return shipping.

Faulty Damaged goods:

1. Ensure the item still has all original packaging, labels and receipts.
2. Contact us before sending anything back. (email and number)
3. Item must have been received within the last 28 days.
4. We will contact you with the next steps.
